KIWANIS CHANGES LIVES
The Kiwanis Club of St Petersburg pursues creative ways to serve the needs of the children in our community. We raise money for student scholarships and local charities. Our community service projects, weekly speaker luncheons and social events are all a big part of our club ...and we have great fun doing it!
How we made a difference in St Petersburg during 2020
Provided twelve $1000 grants to local non-profits helping children of our community.
Collected over 140 Christmas gifts for the South Pinellas County Foster and Adoptive Association, Inc.
On going yearly, we provide four-year college scholarships to high school seniors. In 2020 we gave a combined total of $16,500 to previous recipients of the Al Muter Scholarships Fund and the Ron Holehouse Fund, supporting local students.
We are targeting a return to in-person meetings beginning July 13th. Stay tuned for more details.
